Who would most likely win in a fight?

a guy trained in mma or a an untrained guy that is willing to do anything including bites, eye gouging, attacks to the groin, and is willing to use his environment to his advantage (such as throwing or hitting with rocks or throwing sand and dirt at your eyes for example)?
