Eye/Throat gouge/strike techniques need advice!?

I would suggest using gross motor skill techniques. These are the skills you will lose last when you develop tunnel vision. A palm strike with soft open tiger claw will guarantee a crushing strike to the nose and the penetration to the eyes.
