What advise would you give a guy when he is trying to find a decent woman?

It seems in this day and age that most women are superficial gold diggers or users who view wealth as the most attractive quality in a man and see the size of his wallet as more important than his big heart. So what advice would you give a man when trying to find a nice lady who is honest and decent?
